After feeling pretty good yesterday I decided to take advantage of today’s weather and go for another decent ride. It was mainly sunny, 17-18°C with a SW’erly breeze.
The main feature of the ride was that it was nearly all on decent roads, with quite a bit on A-roads, such as the 11-mile stretch between Burwash and Hadlow Down. This helped to keep the average up, although it was quite a hilly ride so the average wasn’t that good overall.
I only stopped twice. Once to get a picture of the church and once to get the picture of the rape, which involved waiting for the clouds to get out of the way!
