I revisited the wonderful Gorges du Nan, and then went to investigate the site of a major landslide that obliterated the RD1532 road.

Cycling to the legendary Tunnel du Parpaillon from Embrun — a tough gravel climb to one of the Alps’ most mythical passes.
A 62-mile (100km) cycling loop of Lac de Serre-Ponçon, incorporating Col de Pontis and Col Lebraut, on a baking hot sunny day
A bike ride to visit the two dams at Plan d'Aval and Plan d'Amont. A tough climb rewarded me with beautiful mountain lakes and scenery.
